Cadillac Jack’s was created in 1995 by owners (and siblings!) Janet Tekavec and Tom Zerbian.  For many years before, the site was home to restaurants and bars under various names and managers, none as long-lived or as successful as Cadillac Jack’s.  With its sister business, the Telemark Motel, Jack’s offers the most convenient dining in Ellicottville.  Only 129 steps from the Sunrise Chair at Holiday Valley, our customers can ski all day, kick off their ski boots and put on cozy slippers by our fireplace, enjoy a game of billiards, eat fabulous food, listen to live music every Saturday night, and hobble back to their rooms where their soft pillows await.  That’s why our slogan is “Skiing, lodging, food and fun….hassle free, all in one.”

You don’t have to be a skier to love Cadillac Jack’s.  People of all ages love the variety on both the adult and the kids’ menu, and kids can color the famous cow and chicken on the backs of their menus and we’re happy to hang them on our walls.  At the longest bar in Ellicottville, the view of the slopes is extraordinary.  Locals and visitors alike enjoy the camaraderie and easy-going atmosphere, plenty of parking, the game room, multiple TVs, the wine list, attentive service, and of course, the scrumptious food!

Co-owner Janet retired in 2007, but Tom is still waiting for you to stop in and say hello!
